Zhejiang Xinhua Chemical Co., Ltd is a comprehensive enterprise in chemical industry, with a history over 40 years. Zhejiang Xinhua Chemical Co., Ltd was founded as a State-run factory "Xin'anjiang Chemical Fertilizer Factory" in 1967; it became Jiande Xinhua Chemical Co., Ltd in Sep., 1997; In June, 2008, Jiande Xinhua Chemical Co., Ltd became a stock enterprise- Zhejiang Xinhua Chemical Co., Ltd, with registration fund of CNY 105 millions. The assets is up to CNY 700 millions, total lands is about 800mu and more than 700 people are employed, and at least 80% of the employees have the secondary technical education. Our registration place lies at 909 Xin'anjiang Road, Yangxi, Jiande City, Zhejiang province and at the bank side of beautiful Qiandao Lake. It is close to Jinqian railway, Hangqian expressway, Hangxinjing expressway and national highway 320. We now have two 25,000sqm-each hi-tech development parks, one R&D center and one technology center,both are province-level.

Xinhua now is both manufacturer and trader of organic amine series, aroma chemicals, peroxide series, synthetic ammonia and other fine chemicals. In terms of comprehensive strength, we are the biggest manufacturer in China for organic amine, with over 60% of market shares and national leading technologies. Moreover, we are the second biggest organic amine manufacturer in the world and the biggest manufacturer in Asia. For aroma chemicals(made from turpentine oil), we are now one of the biggest manufacturers and suppliers in Asia .

Relying on our young but experienced technical team, we have developed a series of new products and improved technologies, which obtained a lot of honors from governments. Up to now, we have finished 2 projects of "China torch program" and 5 industrialized projects of hi-tech products of Zhejiang province; Moreover, "production methods R&D of Dihydromyrcene and Dihydromyrcenol" got the second prize of technical advancement of Zhejiang province". Through long-term cooperation with Zhejiang University, BRICI, SRICI and Zhejiang University Chemical application technology research institute, we now get strong supports on product development, economic management and important decision in the fields of technology and information.
